President

Dear members of the African Karate family,

Dear enthusiasts and partners,

It is with deep gratitude and a strong sense of responsibility that I assume the presidency of the Union of African Karate Federations (UFAK). I fully recognize the expectations and the challenges ahead, and I am confident that, together, we will elevate our sport across the continent.

African Karate holds exceptional potential. Our ambition is to bring together all 51 national federations around a shared vision to make our Karate shine on regional, continental, and global stages, with professionalism, inclusion, and determination.

With the new Executive Committee, we are committed to prioritizing training, structure, transparency, and sustainable development of our federations. Together, we aim to build a strong, dignified, and excellence-driven African Karate movement.

I firmly believe in the power of unity, the richness of our diversity, and our collective ability to face challenges with vision and strength.

Let us make UFAK a true engine of transformation and growth for all generations of African karatekas.
