This regional dynamic ensures balanced and consistent progress of African karate throughout the continent.

In pursuit of excellence and alignment with international standards, UFAK maintains close and ongoing cooperation with the World Karate Federation (WKF). This partnership enables us to align our regulations, training programs, and competitions with global requirements, while strengthening Africa’s representation and influence within the international karate community.

Africa is now home to world champions and numerous athletes holding top positions in the world rankings, confirming the continent’s growing competitiveness on the global stage.
